At the Cornish Library, just down the street from us, I signed Robin up for Baby Rhyme Time. A bunch of parents bring their babies, sit in a circle and sing songs. Afterwords, they bring out the toys and the babies swarm!
Was I the only guy? No! ... some of the babies were boys... Actually, there often was one or two other guys there with their babies. One of the man parents (I think they're called "Dads") was a folk/throat singer named Nathan Rogers. Maybe we'll see him at Folk Fest someday.
No, even though it's called BABY Rhyme Time, it's really the parents singing. To save myself and all of the rest of us parents the embarrassment of having their singing posted online, here is a clip of Robin playing with her friend Elliot, who happens to live just down the street from us (pardon the low quality, I took it on my cell phone.
